ActivInsight for Schools

ActivInsight gives students an effective new way to eliminate stress. With a combination of homework, exams, extracurricular activities, and social pressure unimaginable to previous generations, students today are experiencing more stress than ever before. Starting in 2010, we can help.

We'll soon be making the same eye-opening resilience program we teach to Fortune 500 leaders available as an online course for high school and college students.

This new multimedia platform presents stress management as a stigma-free, practical, and trainable skill. It focuses on topics that students face everyday, including peer pressure, parents, relationship issues, bullying, homework, body image, popularity, diversity, and more.

By leveraging the power of the Internet, the platform helps school leaders reach the whole student body and create a campus-wide shift in how challenges are handled. Students can transform their issues privately whenever they choose to, twenty-four hours a day.

True resilience training has never before been offered in schools, but there is no better time for it. To discuss how ActivInsight can help your students be happier, more focused, and give their best under any circumstances, contact us.

"The truth is that most of us experience stress and other negative emotions, but (for better or for worse) we're unwilling to seek professional help. We want greater peace, but we're looking for more mainstream solutions.

What ActivInsight does is present psychological transformation not as therapy, but as a training program. Many people find that more appealing, and the reality is that training is what we really need. Stress isn't a disease. It's simply a lack of insight, and we show you how generating an insight into your situation completely changes how you see it, how you feel about it, and how you act.

This is why people often tell us they wish they had learned this in school when they were younger. Once you know how to do it, it's a skill you'll have with you for the rest of your life."
